Google Maps uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell towers to estimate your location. GPS is accurate to about 20 meters, while Wi-Fi and cell towers help improve accuracy when GPS signals are weak, like indoors.
This data helps Google Maps provide directions, but it is not always perfectly precise. We obtain and store on your device ("cache") your location. You may revoke your consent anytime by contacting us using the contact details provided at the end of this document.

5. Creating, commercialising, and providing tools, features, recommendations, and programmes that we may make available to you, to other users, to our business partners, or to other third parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cignix shall own all rights, title, and interest in such Anonymised Data and in any insights, analytics, models, or other derivative works created from it.
Cignix may use such Anonymised Data and derivatives without further notice to you.

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
